About Us

We are a "Voluntary" Homeowners association and as such, our membership is purely a matter of choice. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the purpose of which is to promote the health, safety and the welfare of residents within Canaveral Groves. Our activities are financed solely by membership dues, advertisements on our web site, donations (all donations are tax deductable) and approved fund raising activities. Our Fiscal year runs from January 1st through December 31st. Membership is available to anyone who is at least 18 years of age and owns or leases property in Canaveral Groves. Our current dues are $15.00 per fiscal year, which entitles two adults per household to one vote each on association matters, free "Personal Ad" space on our web site Classifieds page and also participation in meetings, fund raising activities and social events. The general membership currently meets once a month, on the second Thursday, at 7:30 PM E.T., in the Fellowship room of the Discovery Christian Church, 3925 Grissom Pkwy. If you are currently an active Member of Canaveral Groves Homeowners Association and would like to be added to the Web Site registration list, which would give you access to our Member Log-in "private area" and the ability to submit FREE classified advertisements, please send an email to contact@canaveralgroveshoa.com (link above), stating your name and the "Username" that you would like to use for this site. Once your current membership is verified, you will receive an email containing your Username and Temporary password. Once you receive that, you can use the "Member Log-in" feature and update your personal information, change your password or post a personal (classified) ad for example a Yard Sale, etc.
